The staff are the loveliest people I met in Lisbon, everyone was friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help with questions i asked. Sometimes I found myself having a conversation with the reception staff on my way back from an evening out.
The hotel is Immaculately Clean with Comfortable Rooms
One thing that really stood out was how clean everything was. My room was spacious, comfortable bed, and offered everything I needed for my stay. I booked a large double room which faced the main street. Despite facing the street, I had no issues with noise, it was pleasantly quiet once the windows were closed. The bathroom was small but practical, with just enough space to move around with ease.
